Ed’s Baptism Social

Tim Oldham | February 16, 2009

The home group that Ed belongs to were all invited out to celebrate his Baptism. Despite apparently being “at the low end of all the home groups” we managed to have a good deal of fun although the waiters didn’t seem to know what to make of our saying grace before we tucked in.

A few interesting snippets of video were captured, which you can enjoy and comment on below. Or indeed if you think they’re unbecoming of St Jo’s website, please comment and say so too – just click. Interpretations of any content are also very welcome.

Ed’s Baptism

Tim Oldham | February 15, 2009

Ed Tobin, who came along to St Jo’s to support his wife only three years ago, and has discovered the Lord, was baptised today! Great joy for all of us who know Ed and who love Jesus. And great joy for your webmaster for another reason too as it gave me an opportunity to point the camera at Ed and Phil and ask dumb questions without much preparation – to find that I got great answers and a wonderful couple of clips to share. Enjoy, and praise the Lord!
