Welcome

Welcome to St Jo’s!

St Joseph’s C of E, Merry Hill is a thriving church with a big heart for people and an even bigger heart for God.

St Jo’s is based in south-west Wolverhampton.  Our longing is to see people of all ages come together as part of the church to worship God, support one another, and show God’s amazing love for his world. And – hopefully – to make friends and live life to the full in the process!

Whether this is your first time – or you’re an “old hand” – make the most of these pages. They’re full of information and things taking place in the life of the Church. You’ll find times and dates, video of people and events, pictures, sermons to listen to, and the odd profound thought or three. And – of course – come along and join us for some face-2-face communication. Online or in person, do make yourself at home!

You’ll find information and discussion about recent events on the Discuss pages; information on the relatively new worship patterns can be found here.

St Jo’s went through the process of appointing a new Resident Minister, Carl Rudd, who joined us on January 26th! You’ll find the Parish Profile materials used in the process here and news on the appointment here.
